Bill Tilghman was a SASS Cowboy through and through. He found and encouraged new shooters, and was always willing to help out an old hand. Bill was always willing to work the posse - timing, counting, shouting encouragement.
Bill - Thank You for being so friendly and positive, thank you for being so willing to help every shooter, thank you for being our friend. Our lives have been richer because of your friendship. You will be missed more than can be said.
Rest in Peace Bill - You've surely earned your place in Heaven.
